Please allow up to 2-4 business days for order processing, packaging, and quality check and 5-12 business days for transit and delivery. This is provided as an estimate, however, actual shipping times may vary. Many orders ship faster and in rare circumstances delivery can take longer.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $50 or more.

International orders of $125 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Many of our products ship directly from the production source, allowing us to offer better prices and a greater selection of products. 

While in the country of origin (typically in Asia or Europe), tracking updates are provided by local couriers. While in transit from the location of origin to the destination country there is typically a pause in tracking updates. Once the package has been received and processed by the United States Postal Service (or local courier for international orders), tracking updates will resume and you should receive your package within a few days.

Products in the same order may ship from different locations so it is possible that shipping times will vary from item to item.

Enter the discount code on the cart page and click "Apply". Please note that some offers can not be combined with additional discounts or codes.

First double check the details of the sale to ensure that the items in your cart qualify for the offer. Once confirmed, we recommend refreshing the cart page as this can sometimes fix the issue.

Only one discount code can be entered per order. However, some automatic sales and discounts can be combined with an additional discount code, for example, a 'Buy Two, Get One Free' offer may be combined with a 10% off discount code.

Please note that some promotions are not eligible for additional discounts. In this situation, you will have the option to choose to use the discount code in place of the promotional offer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn and in the original packaging and condition. To initiate a return: send an email to hello@shoplulagrey.com with your name, order information, and details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Shopify Pay or pay with four interest-free payments with Afterpay.

All payment information is securely processed with the protection of Level 1 PCI DSS Compliance and 128-bit SSL encryption for maximum security. 

Afterpay

Installments by Afterpay is a payment service offered by US online retailers for shoppers who: 

- Are a resident in one of the US States. Installments by Afterpay is not available in US Territories. 

- Are at least 18 years old; (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska) 

- Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract; 

- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; 

- Provide a valid delivery address in the United States; 

- Be authorised to use the US-issued credit or debit card to make the purchase 

- Spend a minimum of $35

You don't need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. When you are making a purchase with one of our favorite stores found in the Shop Directory, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. 

Afterpay does not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support responsible spending.

When determining which orders to approve, we considers a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper using Installments by Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

Things to consider:

- are there sufficient funds on your card (generally we look to see 25% of the order value available to spend)

- minimum spend is $35 USD

- length of time you have been using Installments by Afterpay (tighter in the first 6 weeks)

Installments by Afterpay is a free service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred. 

The only fees that may be incurred by shoppers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.Late fees for shoppers in the USA are capped at 25% of the order value.
