It is important to us that you love your order! If you're not 100% satisfied with any item in your order, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure that it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging! See our full return policy here.

Shipping
All orders are packaged and shipped from our office in Central Florida!
We offer free U.S shipping (to the 48 contiguous states) on all orders of $50 or more and free international shipping on orders over $100! Priority mail upgrade is available for orders in the U.S. for $9.99.
Please allow 5-7 businesses days for order processing and shipping (this doesn't include actual time in transit)! We are a (very) small team and each and every order is packaged with care and shipped to you as soon as possible! All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The amount of time that it will take to receive your order once it has shipped will vary based on your location and USPS's shipping times. During holidays and other times of increased shipping volume, there may be delays.
You will receive a tracking number for each package in your order once it becomes available. Packages can be tracked with USPS here.
In an effort to get your items to you as soon as possible, products in your order may ship separately. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to modify your order when possible but we can not guarantee that changes will be made. Please carefully review your order for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting it.
Discount codes can be entered at checkout page in the box that says "Enter gift card or discount code." On desktop, this box is located on the right side of the page below your order summary. On mobile, there will be a drop down box at the very top of the page. Click the drop down arrow to reveal the box and enter your discount code.
If your discount code isn't working, please verify that the code is not expired, all requirements, such as a minimum cart value, are met, and that the products in your cart are eligible for the discount.
Some discounts and offers are not able to be combined. If this is the case, you will be given an option to chose either the discount code or the other offer.

Payments & Security
Your payment information is processed securely and never saved or stored. You can feel safe knowing that all payments are securely processed to ensure that your information is protected. Lula + Grey meets the highest security standards (Level 1 PCI DSS compliant) set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
We offer several secure payment options so you can choose your preferred method of payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. We also accept Afterpay and Klarna to offer installment plans allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal payments, due every 2 weeks.
Installments by Afterpay allows retailers to offer installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks.
Simply choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks. Learn more about Afterpay here.

It is important to us that you love the products you've purchased! If you're not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Lula + Grey is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or provide a refund after items have been washed. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with original packaging
- free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Certain sale and promotional items may be ineligible for return if notice is included in the original product listing.
To initiate a return: send an email to hello@shoplulagrey.com with your name and order number. Only items that comply with the return policy outlined above will be eligible for a refund. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
