Washing Instructions: Machine washable, please wash them with gentle cycle and use cold or warm water with mild detergent and keep them lay flat to air dry or dry them on the lowest setting in the dryer.
Improper machine washing and drying may cause color fading and shape or size alteration.
All packages are shipped from our Florida location. We make every effort to ship your order to you as soon as possible, but ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and preparation! During times of higher than usual order volumes (certain sales, holidays, etc.), it may take longer for your order to ship.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees for packages delivered to the 48 contiguous U.S. states is $4.99 for orders below $35, and free for orders of $35 or more.
Shipping fees for all other locations are $19.99 for orders below $125, and free for orders of $125 or more. International customers assume responsibility for any duties/taxes that may be incurred from customs.
We accept returns of any unworn items up to 30 days from the date of delivery! To initiate a return simply send an email to hello@shoplulagrey.com with your name, order information, and details.
Extended Holiday Returns - in addition to our 30 day return window, we will accept returns on any unworn items purchased in November for store credit through January 10, 2020!
